After starting the project, be sure to keep the front line team members involved, and that their efforts are displaying results. To keep up team morale, seize any opportunity for a quick win. This will convince any members of the team of the importance of the project.
Make sure that the implementers of the project are involved and understand all aspects of the project in order for it to happen quickly. It is imperative that the belts plan and carry out the analysis of the projects. This will speed the process up and reaping the rewards of the project.
